MUSCLE ACTIVATIONOn our ellipticals, you will be using your glute, hamstring , quad, calf and arm muscles. The LED lights will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal involvement, Amber medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement.
