Our expectation and Important point while return product in any circumstances.

Customers pack the product in that manner when they receive & avoid any damages during transit while retuning back the item.

We wll check return products by our trained staff to process your refund and replacement. All accessories, attachments, original packing, manual must be returned back.

Take the approval and reference number before resend the product for refund and replacement from us.

If manual is open,accessories are missing, original packaging is turn off or not there. There would be chance of refused refund and replacement.

Misused, tampered, non faulty and third party usage items will be sent back to buyers.
